The Warn Powerplant series air compressor/winch combo is the ultimate vehicle-mounted multi tool, and with recent additions such as stainless steel fasteners, a new pressure switch, a revised contractor, and a new air hose, the Powerplant is better than ever.
The Powerplant series winches include a series-wound motor with included thermal protection shutoff switch and the legendary Warn three-staged planetary gear train for smooth, more efficient operation and to ensure the Powerplant can outlast all other winches on the market, it has been sealed with extreme duty winch sealing for superior water resistance and increased durability. A mechanical brake system has been included for more reliable operation control while winching and a completely improved contractor control for greater reliability and longer duty cycles.
The Powerplant series winches also include one of the highest output air compressors on the Planet, all wrapped up within the Powerplant winch. The compressor has been outfitted with an automatic pressure switch which limits both maximum and minimum air pressure within the reservoir and has a built in intercooler/air reservoir, which effectively reduces compressed air temperature. All air outlets and hose connections work with quick disconnect couplers for ease of operation and includes a more durable and flexible 20 feet air hose, and all of this is finished off with a corrosion-resistant flat black finish.
The Powerplant series winch combo also includes a hand held remote control for operation of both the winch and the compressor with a built in LED to provide feedback on the temperature of the winch's motor.

Replacement rope for Powerplant 9.5
Constructed of steel wire rope and galvanized to help resist corrosion. Includes swaged loop on one end and wire rope terminal on the other. This is a replacement rope for the following Warn winches, PowerPlant HP, XD9000i, 9.5ti, 9.5cti. Measures 125 feet by 5/16 inches, and includes a loop thimble.

The wire rope for powerplant dual force HD is constructed of aircraft wire rope and is galvanized to help resist corrosion. It includes swaged loop on one end and wire rope terminal on other end. It also includes thimble. It measures 80 feet x 3/8 inches.

A neoprene winch cover helps to keep your winch looking factory new. Cushions and protects your winch from bug impacts, flying stones, road debris and from the elements. Neoprene covers stretch over the winch so they resist flapping without the need for elastic cords or hooks. We also include a bottle of 303 Aerospace Protectant with each cover. With occasional applications your cover will retain maximum UV protection.
